About us

Why
Neurometryx?

Today’s app stores are filled with mental health management tools, while the market is flooded with wearable devices to measure physical performance. Yet no efforts have been made to holistically measure and align mind AND body.

The Neurometryx System provides a true integration of mind and body measurement guided via scientifically-proven and cutting-edge analytic methods. Neurometryx delivers a personalized, actionable solution by understanding how your body responds to mental challenge.

The Neurometryx Advantage

True Mind-Body Measurement

Neurometryx is the first dedicated, scientifically validated, mental stress test. The system uses heart rate variability (HRV) to measure the distance between beats, paired with cognitive challenges through computer exercises geared specifically towards memory, perception, and attention to provide a quantifiable mind-body balance score. In other words, how your body reacts to mental stress and vice versa.

No 24/7 Wearables

Wearable devices require 24/7 skin-to-skin contact to generate data. Neurometryx, on the other hand, requires only 30 minutes intermittently to show impact and progress toward your mind-body balance improvement. With the comprehensive final reporting post-assessment, you’re are able to identify areas of opportunity, implement or change an existing regimen, and re-test to gauge effectivity.

Personalized Reporting

Each participant’s unique balance shapes the final report and recommendations.

  • Performance vs Stress
Displays stress levels over time relative to performance.
  • Perception vs Performance
Highlights the discrepancy between subjective view of challenge/success and actual performance.
  • Recommendations
Includes a list of actions like “Weekly breath training 4x,” “Acupuncture,” etc.

+Real-Time Monitor

With +Real-Time Monitor, clients wear an ECG monitor during a session to gather immediate feedback, determining level of ease or relaxation as a result of the treatment. This data can be used to adjust treatments, build session bundles for optimal relaxation based on data trends, or as marketing and proof point storytelling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone interested in understanding more about themselves, how they perform under stress, and how they change over time or in response to specific strategies to improve their performance or reduce stress.
How well you perform on challenging games designed to assess memory, attention, and multitasking. We measure both how accurate you are AND how much physiological effort you use to perform at that level. Individuals vary in their response to challenge and stress. You can learn whether you’re cool, calm, and collected under pressure, if you get really activated and stressed but can still pull off great performance, or if challenge makes you fall apart. The report will also tell you how you thought you did on the games versus how you actually did in terms of accuracy and stress responses. Finally, you will receive recommended activities for improvement based on your individual responses to the games.
As often as you’d like. However, we recommend as often as once a month to allow time for adjustments to take effect.
